We wish to take this opportunity to say how delighted we are with the loft conversion recently carried out by Charles Grosvenor. Paul, Carl and Andy were always reliable, helpful, hardworking and incredibly tolerant of all our many changes and cannot be faulted. As you know, our plans and the age of the house were somewhat of a challenge and very special thanks must go to Paul without whose knowledge and guidance there is no doubt the loft rooms, especially the semi-decagonal back dormer, would not look anywhere near as fantastic and impressive as they do. Everyone has been pleasant and professional from the girls in the office to Darren the plasterer and John the plumber. In contrast to the stories we have heard about other companies, Charles Grosvenor has restored our faith in the quality of British builders by delivering a finished product beyond our expectations whilst being totally in keeping with the character of the house and the surrounding conservation area. The quality of workmanship was consistently second to none and this was reinforced by there being virtually no snagging. All people who have seen the finished loft rooms have likewise been very impressed. We will of course recommend you to anyone considering a loft
conversion and hope that our paths may cross in the future – we might just do it again!
