As a family run, customer oriented company, we do not use high pressure sales techniques. We offer a full service that takes care of everything from the initial drawing to the completion of the building works, including structural plans and calculations, obtaining building regulation and planning consents, electrical and plumbing installations, plastering and decorating if required.

The average construction time is between four and seven weeks, depending on style and size of the conversion. Where we are able to, we use scaffolding loading bays, so all of the materials are crane lifted up to the loft level so work can be carried out 'through the roof' to speed up the build time and keep the disruption in your home to a minimum.

As a major staircase manufacturer to the loft conversion and building industry, we are able to offer a service of matching and replicating the newell posts, handrails and spindles to the existing staircase.

We only use bespoke UPVC windows fully double glazed with K Glass to meet the current building regulations. This enables the client to choose the exact dimensions and design of window to match their existing window frames.
