Charles Grosvenor Ltd offer a free no obligation feasibility survey to enable us to provide you with an accurate fixed price no nonsense quotation, with no hidden extras for your loft extension. As a family run, customer orientated company, we do not use high pressure sales techniques. We offer a full service that takes care of everything from the initial drawing to the completion of the building works, including structural plans and calculations, obtaining building regulation planning consents, electrical and plumbing installations, plastering and decorating if required.

"No Nonsense, no high pressure sales..."

loft extension We arrange a free of charge survey so that a sketch design and costing can be prepared with a “no nonsense” fixed price quotation. As a family run, customer orientated company, we do not use high pressure sales techniques.

After the initial survey and drawing, a budget costing can be provided there and then if required. If this is acceptable we ask you to enter into an agreement, after which we will arrange for one of our architects to survey the premises, draw the structural plans and prepare the calculations.

Our surveyors will listen to your requirements and design a loft conversion that meets your needs and budget exactly. They can also offer you an opportunity to view one of our completed projects in a property similar to yours so, you can fully appreciate what can be achieved and experience the high quality of workmanship. We offer a fully flexible service from an architects design package including plans, calculations and all relevant approvals from £2400 + vat, to part build conversions, to fully completed loft conversions including decoration, floor coverings and fitted bespoke wardrobes etc.
