I live in a mid-terraced house in central oxford and required an additional room in order to create a bridal suite for myself and my future husband. I already had a conservatory and it was not possible to go underground so I decided on a loft conversion which lots of other residents in my street had already had done.

Once I signed the contract with Charles Grosvenor the architect contacted me to arrange an appointment to carry out the full survey from which he prepared the plans and calculations. I was very happy with the scheme designed by the architect and it met my requirements.

I was amazed at the speed with which the job was completed and the efficiency and delightfulness of the employees. I did not experience any delays, setbacks or complications at all. The job ran smoothly from start to finish.

I am delighted I choose Charles Grosvenor because apart from the excellent loft conversion, the staff were a delight to work with and always dealt with any queries quickly and successfully. I also know that if I have any future problems they would do their upmost to help me resolve any issues.
