Will there be any storage space left in the loft after the conversion has been completed?
There is normally some of the existing loft space that remains unconverted that can be used as storage, however the area and volume is dependent on the size of the property and the size of the loft conversion.

I have large water tanks in my loft, what would happen to them?
Often the water tanks in the loft are no longer required as the existing boiler has been replaced with a combination boiler at some stage, if this is the case the tanks will be disposed of during the building works. If the water tanks are still in use they will be re-sited into the loft…
